FES-10 Outdoor Electric Strike Lock

For Electrically locking Pedestrian Gates with a latch

The FES10 Strike lock works with a standard knob or lever style latch replacing the strike plate. It is normally used with an intercom system or digital keypad to allow the gate to be released electrically.

The Gate latch is normally locked with a key and when button pressed on an intercom or code entered into a digital keypad the FES-10 strike lock releases the gate so it can be opened by hand. The gate latch may either be unlocked with a key or FES-10 strike lock use to electrically unlock the gate for extended periods.

The FES10 features:

  • 12VDC or 24VDC operation
  • Stainless steel and weather resistant
  • Can be changed from Fail Secure (Power to unlock) to Fail Safe (power to lock) in the field. If using Fail Safe mode a regulated power supply is required or powered from a battery.
  • Is suitable for wooden, steel or aluminium gates and posts.
