Indoor Digital Keypad
Presco Proximity system for access control consists of a Sprite Outdoor Reader, Proximity Cards or FOBs, a PAC1 or PAC2 control unit and a programming device such as a Presco Digital Keypad, PIM PC connected or PACDL Data logger.
The Proximity Reader may be combined with a Presco Digital Keypad system where one of the keypads may also be used for programming the whole system.
If no Presco Outdoor Digital keypads, PC or Data logger is connected, programming may be by way of an indoor PRE digital keypad, ideally installed next to the PAC controllers in a locked enclosure or in a location convenient to the person who is responsible for adding and deleting cards/FOBs.
The PAC control units allow up to 400 User codes that can be removed even if the Cards/FOBs is lost or stolen and allows up to 10 Keypads to be connected. With PAC 2 controllers each keypad may be programmed to release one gate or the other but not both.
