Sentinel Mk 2 and 3 for Multiple users

The Sentinel is a Digital Intercom and keypad for Multiply Households or offices.

It uses the standard telephone network to eliminate the need for running cables and installing handsets in every household or office sharing 1 or 2 gates.

This allows large savings to be made for an entire system for existing or new developments. Comes in a Horizontal or Vertical version, is surface or flush mounting all stainless steel.

Operation:

A visitor is prompted by an LCD display to enter a house or office number and press #. With the Mark 2 the visitor may also scroll a list of names if they don't know the house or office number. The Sentinel will then automatically dial the pre-programmed phone number associated with the house/office number. The occupant can then answer the call and converse with the visitor. Occupant can let the visitor in by pressing a combination of keys on their phone (or mobile) and releasing the gate. Two different gates (three with the Mark 2) maybe activated ie. Vehicle or pedestrian gate. Occupants may also use the Sentinel as a digital keypad with their own private user code to activate 1 or 2 gates (3 with mark 2).

1000 users:

The Sentinel can be programmed with up to 1000 different phone numbers for houses/offices each with it's own user code for digital keypad entry. All numbers are programmed by connecting the Sentinel to a PC or Laptop with an RS232 cable or modem.
