If you're in the gate business looking for new opportunities then consider working with No-weld for fabricating driveway or pedestrian gates, infill panels and/or aluminium fencing without welding. See What is No-weld? to read more about this system.

Instructions on how to custom make, assemble and install No-weld gates, infill panels and can be found at: What can be made with No-weld?

Finishes that No-weld can be supplied in including some that cannot be done with welded gates can be found at: Finishes No-weld can Have

There are many ways we can work together including:

Gate and Fencing Suppliers

If you're in the business of gate and fence supplies then No-weld can make a valuable addition to your product line. By stocking mill finished No-weld material and slats, powder coated in in popular colours such as black or white or with a wood look finish in common wood grains such as Western Red Cedar or Merbau, your clients can buy what they need and custom make gates and fences themselves for their own clients very quickly and economically and with a quality finish opening up a whole new market for them and you. Instructions on how to make the gates, infill panels and fencing can be found at: What can be Made with No-weld?

Being able to turn gates and matching fencing around quickly and for a competitive price gives your clients a significant edge over their competition, which in turn gives you an edge in this exciting new market.

No-weld could also be integrated with other products such as Colorbond sheeting, laser cut sheeting, timber slats or palings, providing a cleaner frame for gates and matching fencing that can be flat packed for easier transport that is much less likely to be damaged than a fully made gate. No-weld basically allows you to flat pack almost any style of gate opening up a huge market Australia wide rather than just working within a local area.

Gate and Fencing Fabricators and Installers

The No-weld system can easily be integrated into an existing business or a new business can easily be started from scratch that fabricates and installs gates, infill panels or aluminium fencing using machinery you already have or could get for minimal investment.

If you keep mill finish, popular powder coat colours or popular wood grain finishes of No-weld materials and slats in stock your business will be able to turn gates around much quicker than before and for less money, giving you a significant edge in the market.

Gates could be made entirely onsite if you wanted, could be made as a flat pack and freighted to site for an installer to assemble and install, frames could be pre-made in your workshop transported to site installed then cladding fitted or the entire gate can be made in your workshop and transported to site for installation the choice is yours.

Fabricating with No-weld is a lot quicker to learn than welding so your business won't be dependant on hiring hard to find people that have years of gate welding experience. Anyone with skills in window or screen door fabrication could jump straight into a position fabricating No-weld gates or someone new to the business with the right stuff could easily be trained relatively quickly.

No-weld will give your business the power to expand and be a part of the future of gate fabrication.

Fabricators only

If you already have a workshop or the means to set one up and are only interested in the fabrication side of gates and fences without the hassle of welding aluminium or handling heavy steel then No-weld could be the answer using machinery you already have or could get for minimal investment.

Your business would cut materials to length, pre-drill them, flat pack them and freight the flat packs to site or to a workshop for someone else to assemble and install. It would be beneficial to keep a certain amount of mill finish, powder coated and wood grain material in stock so products can be turned around fast. You may be required to assemble gates too, although this would mostly be done by the installer.

Assembly and Installation only

If you're an individual or small business interested in assembling and installing gates, infill panels and aluminium fencing that has been delivered to site as a flat pack then all you need to do is turn up with your tools, assemble and install No-weld gates, infill panels and fencing as needed. For automatic gates you will need to also know how to install low voltage cabling and how to fit Swing and Sliding Gate motors, you don't need to be a registered electrician as cabling is all low voltage and any mains power connections can be taken care of by a local electrician.

Enquiries and Orders to you for Free

An added bonus of being a part of the No-weld Trade or Wholesale family is we can pass enquiries or orders onto you for free. We get enquiries Australia wide for gate installations including: matching infill panels and fencing that we can pass onto our trade and wholesale customers for free so long as you're buying No-weld Materials from us.

Where do we go from here?

If you'd like to try No-weld out you can pre-order materials online from the No-weld Shop or contact us for a chat. No-weld has a patent filed and is owned by us so we are in a position to negotiate terms and conditions of trade that works for your business.

Currently there is a lead time of 6 weeks or so for mill finish No-weld materials and 8 weeks if powder coated or with a Wood Look Finish for orders more than 250kg or longer for smaller quantities. We do have samples of materials if you just want to have a look. Within the next few months we're planning on building up stock of No-weld materials to reduce these lead times.
